Text Six: Think about it!
Why me!
We all have experienced moments of discouragement, when everything seems to go wrong and our self-esteem gets really low. I’m still young, I haven’t reached eighteen yet, but I have often felt that way. I have already asked “Why me?” a terrible expression of impatience, dissatisfaction, immaturity of thought and ingratitude for the good things in live. Reflecting on the best way to fight those feelings of discouragement I’ve just prepared some questions and I’d like to share them with you.
1. Have you ever had a bad day at home, after a fight with your mother or your father over a silly thing?
The next time that happens, remember the homeless boy or girl who has no family to live or fight with.
2. Have you ever had a bad day at school?
Before you star complaining about your teachers or classmates, think of the boys and girls who have been out of school because they have to work to help their family.
3. Have you and your partner stopped loving each other?
Think of the person who has never known what it’s like to love and be loved in return.
4. Has your family’s old car stopped working again, leaving you miles away from assistance?
Think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk.
5. Have you just looked in the mirror and noticed your hair is getting dry?
Think of the cancer patient chemotherapy who has no hair to examine.
6. Have you ever been the victim of other people’s bitterness, ignorance, smallness or insecurities?
Instead of asking “Why me?” remember things could be worse – you could be them.
Unless we stop building fences and start building bridges, we will never really get to the full meaning of live. Instead of asking “Why me?” we should be asking “What about us?”
“Everything comes to him who waits!”

Text Seven: We are what We eat
Are they really what they eat / Tony’s big problem
I have a problem. A big problem. I eight 68 kilos – more than 10 kilos in
excess for my height. ( I am only 1.56 m tall ). I´m trying to lose weight but it keeps
finding me. No kidding. I know all about nutrients, calories, lower-fat foods, fatty foods, cholesterol and all that. I know which foods are food for your health: a lot of bread, cereal, rice or pasta, a lot of fruit and green vegetables, some low-fat yogurt or low-fat ( 1% or 2% )
milk, some cheese ( It contains calcium ), one or two bananas ( they have a lot of potassium ), lots
of water ( it cleans your cells and tissues), I know all about that. I even have a food pyramid
poster in the kitchen. But the moment I see a hot dog or a cheeseburger, an egg salad
sandwich with lots of mayonnaise, some French fries or a packet of potato chips, a vanilla ice
cream or some home-made cookies, or a chocolate bar…, I simply can´t resist temptation.
But today I´m all right. No sugar, no fatty foods for me today. Just look at my lunch:
an apple and two carrots. And a lot of water. Want some?

Text Seven: Six Seconds
Man and Time / Man on Earth
Planet Earth is 4,600 million years
old. If we condense this to a easier
concept, we can imagine Earth as
a 46-year-old person.
For 42 years nothing really
important happened to Mr. Earth. Then,
4 years ago, life began in the oceans.
Dinosaurs appeared (and
disappeared) last year.
Mammals arrived only 8 months ago.
Modern man arrived four hours ago.
We have been o this planet for only
Four hours.
But in the last 60 seconds, Man…
Has polluted the air, sea and land.
Has used most of the Earth’s oil, gas
And coal.
Has killed more than 500 species of
animals and plants.
Has made and used atomic bombs.
During those 60 seconds of
biological time, Man has transformed a
paradise into a disaster area.

Text: Women´s Liberation
In old times, women’s role was to have babies, raise the children and take of the house.
Many religions taught that woman must be controlled by man. “A woman must never be free.” ( Hindu Code )
At present, people don’t accept these ideas, they encourage women’s liberation and accept that women have two roles: one at home and one at work. But when women look for work outside home, they can find only a few kinds of jobs. The most common are: secretaries, typists, clerks, booksellers, teachers, waitresses, etc. Some women work in light industries such as canning food, packing drugs or work in cleaning hospitals, hotels and restaurants.
Many women work outside their houses today, but they still earn low wages.
Few countries give women the same rights as men. In some parts of the world women cannot vote or sign documents.
Today there is a great movement all over the world for women’s rights.

Let´s Sing: Umbrella ( Rihana )
You had my heart
We'll never be worlds Apart
Maybe in magazines
But you’ll still be my star
Baby cause in the dark
You can't see shiny cars
That's when you need me there
With you I’ll always Share
Because
[CHORUS]
When the sun Shine
We shine Together
Told you I’ll be here forever
Said I'll always be your friend
Took a note I´m stick it out till the end
Now that it's raining more than ever
Know that we'll still have each other
You can stand under my Umbrella
You can stand under my Umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Cause everything
Will never come in between
Your apart of my Entity
Here for infinity
When the war has delft its part
When the world has delft its card
If the hand is hard
Together we'll measure
Because
[CHORUS]
When the sun Shine
We shine Together
Told you I’ll be here forever
Said I'll always be your friend
So come on out and stick it out till the end
Now that it's raining more than ever
Know that we'll still have each other
You can stand under my Umbrella
You can stand under my Umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
[BRIDGE]
You can run into my arms
It’s okay don't be alarmed
(Come into me)
(There’s no distance in between our love)
So, Go on and let the Rain pour
I'll be all you need and more
Because
[CHORUS]
When the sun Shine
We shine Together
Told you I’ll be here forever
Said I'll always be your friend
So come on out and stick it out till the end
Now that it's raining more than ever
Know that we'll still have each other
You can stand under my Umbrella
You can stand under my Umbrella
(Ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
Under my umbrella
(ella ella eh eh eh)
It's raining
Oh baby it's raining
Baby Come Into me
Come into me
It's raining
Oh baby it's raining
You can always come into me

Let´s Sing: Same Mistake
(James Blunt)
So while I'm turning in my sheets
And once again, I cannot sleep
Walk out the door and up the street
Look at the stars beneath my feet
Remember rights that I did wrong
So here I go
Hello, hello
There is no place I cannot go
My mind is muddy but
My heart is heavy, does it show
I lose the track that loses me
So here I go
oo oooooo ooo ooo oo oooo...
And so I sent some men to fight,
And one came back at dead of night,
Said "Have you seen my enemy?"
Said "he looked just like me"
So I set out to cut myself
And here I go
oo oooooo ooo ooo oo oooo...
I'm not calling for a second chance,
I'm screaming at the top of my voice,
Give me reason, but don't give me choice,
Cos I'll just make the same mistake again,
oo oooooo ooo ooo oo oooo...
And maybe someday we will meet
And maybe talk and not just speak
Don't buy the promises 'cause
There are no promises I keep,
and my reflection troubles me
so here I go
oo oooooo ooo ooo oo oooo...
I'm not calling for a second chance,
I'm screaming at the top of my voice,
Give me reason, but don't give me choice,
Cos I'll just make the same mistake (REPEAT) again
oo oooooo ooo ooo oo oooo...
So while I'm turning in my sheets
And once again, I cannot sleep
Walk out the door and up the street
Look at the stars
Look at the stars, falling down,
And I wonder where, did I go wrong.

Let´s Sing: Is This Love?
(Bob Marley)
I wanna love you and treat you right
I wanna love you every day and every night
We'll be together with a roof right over our heads
We'll share the shelter of my single bed
We'll share the same room, yeah, but jah provide the bread
Is this love, is this love, is this love
Is this love that I'm feeling'?
Is this love, is this love, is this love
Is this love that I'm feeling'?
I wanna know, wanna know, wanna know now
I got to know, got to know, got to know now
I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I'm willing and able
So I throw my cards on your table
I wanna love you, I wanna love and treat, love and treat you right
I wanna love you every day and every night
We'll be together yeah, with a roof right over our heads
We'll share the shelter yeah, oh yeah, of my single bed
We'll share the same room yeah, but jah provide the bread
Is this love, is this love, is this love
Is this love that I'm feeling'?
Is this love, is this love, is this love
Is this love that I'm feeling'?
Wo-o-o-oah!
Oh yes I know, yes I know, yes I know now
Oh yes I know, yes I know, yes I know now
I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I'm willing and able
So I throw my cards on your table
See I wanna love ya, I wanna love and treat ya, love and treat ya right
I wanna love you every day and every night
We'll be together with a roof right over our heads
We'll share the shelter of my single bed
We'll share the same room yeah, but jah provide the bread
